If you want something more out of life,
go get it
Sue is a true ENTREPRENEURIAL spirit She believes Everyone has in them
the potential to have massive success

Sue’s journey with Avon started with her Mom and Sue wanting to buy some Avon, and by becoming a distributer, they could get a discount. Isn’t it funny how things get started? Sue wasn’t interested in selling at the time, so she was only “in Avon” for the discount she could get for her and her family.
Sue grew up with a huge entrepreneurial spirit. Her family wasn’t well off, and Sue, a go getter from a young age, helped contribute to the family finances in all the ways you can when you live in a rural area such as picking apples and babysitting as well as watching her 3 younger sisters. Sue had the realization that she would always be in control of her financial success, it was to be her decision. Sue held many jobs, mostly sales where you could earn commissions based on your efforts not the hours you put in. She was a success!
It was when Sue, married to her sweetheart Lou, had just given birth to their second daughter, that her Mother in law, Mom Mazza, could not take care of two children while they worked. Sue and Lou were faced with a decision to “warehouse” their children in a daycare while they both worked, or, Sue would stay home and raise their children. After making the decision to stay home with the two girls, Sue realized she loved her daughters and wanted to provide for them, she missed being out in the business world and she hated living paycheck to paycheck. Lou brought up “That Avon opportunity” and maybe that could provide the outlet Sue needed as well as additional income.
Sue started recruiting, but took the $20 checks for each recruit Avon offered versus the long term team building with leadership plan. Her mailbox money, as she called it, came every 2 weeks. One week she opened the mailbox and had 19 checks sitting there, a total of $380.00, a good amount of money at that time!
Then Sue discovered residual income, the leadership team building side of recruiting. Sue, being the fast learner she is, became an expert at training and coaching with her team. She loved the fact if she helped her team members succeed; she too would see success beyond her wildest dreams!
In 2003, Sue and Lou were new SEUL! In 2005 Sue was honored with Woman of Enterprise, a leader who represents Avon’s Enterprising Spirit.
