Don't let her quiet DEMEANOR fool you! Charlotte sold at presidents council for over 25 years (over $4300 a campaign) and only 6 years ago gave leadership a try-ACHIEVING SEUL in 2012!

Charlotte Popp, from Clarksville, IN, joined Avon in 1977 because she wanted to earn some extra money to give her younger daughter dancing lessons and have some extra spending money for her other 2 children. Being a stay at home Mom was most important to Charlotte and Avon was a perfect fit for her from the very beginning.
In 1982, her husband's company moved out of state and he had a very hard time finding another job. After talking it over with her husband, she decided to treat her Avon hobby as a business.. She set goals, made a plan and worked hard to achieve those goals.
Her Avon business has been very successful. She was able to keep their children in the private schools they had been attending, and they graduated from college with NO student loans....all because of the earning opportunity that Avon offers and that she took advantage of.
Charlotte sold at President's Council level for over 25 years, and 5 of those years, her sales were over $150,00.00, being the #1 in the Division for many years in sales and sales increase.
After her husband passed away 8 years ago, she thought of semi-retiring and she gave up some of her sales. She got a new district manager who encouraged her to go into leadership and that also was a great fit for Charlotte. In just 5 years, her team has grown to over 500, and has Team Sales of $1,750,000. She became an SEUL in Camp 19, 2012 and is very appreciated of what Avon has done for her and her family.
At 73 years old, she often thinks of slowing down, but right now she says she is just having too much fun. It so rewarding for her to coach and mentor her team to reach their dreams and goals as she has done. She sees the potential in everyone and works hard to get everyone to believe in themselves and in Avon. She wants everyone to have the confidence and self-esteem that she has developed over the years by selling Avon and by being a leader. Charlotte's advice is to have a dream, set goals, make a plan, put that plan into action and NEVER quit.
If you quit, you will never know what you could have accomplished.
Some of her accomplishments are:
President's Council - over 25 years
Spirit of Avon Award - 4 times
Recruiting Excellence Award
Numerous trips - (Alaska, Hawaii, Jamaica, Atlantis, Las Vegas, Bahamas, etc.)
Earned a new 1993 Chrysler New Yorker (my first new car)
Built her dream home and paid cash for it with Avon earnings
Financial Freedom
