HOMESCHOOLING MOM
Working with her husband of 16 years in her AVON business, Kati strives to offer this amazing opportunity to everyone she meets! As a former High School English and Drama teacher, Kati found Avon a perfect fit to a dream of theirs-to stay home and homeschool their 2 daughters, 14 and 15 years old.
Because of AVON, that is now possible!
Kati started her AVON business September, 2010 and received the coveted, Best New Performer Award at her PC Banquet that year.
Kate then started leadership, with the support of her husband, in the winter of 2011. She titled at SEUL in October of 2012! That is 20 months after starting leadership! One of her most proud accomplishments was receiving the Spirit of AVON Award. Her Team sales her 1st full year as a leader were over ¾ of a Million Dollars! Whoo Hooo!
Other awards have included:
#1 in DIVISION & in AREA for leadership growth" 2011-2012
#1 in Dist for Leadership Downline Growth" and "#1 in Division for Total Unit Sales Increase" for 2012-2013
Recruiting Excellence Award for the Division for 2012-2013
