Angelique enjoyed a $500,000 INCREASE in her TEAM Sales 2012-2013 cycle! With almost a 2 Million dollar TEAM, Angelique is not talking about HOW it is done, but SHOWING you how it is done!
Angelique has been an AVON Representative for 19 years! On Face Book, you can usually find Angelique posting pictures of her team events and business building seminars! Angelique loves to share her success and tips with other AVON reps so they too can learn and duplicate her success!
Angelique's husband, Louis, has always cheered her on and supported her in her AVON business. Recently Louis had been laid off, and now they EASILY depend on AVON as their only income.

Customer Service is Angelique’s passion. Working in corporate America at the time in 1994, Angelique was hesitant about selling Avon, just not her personality. Sales? Too pushy. Owning her own business never crossed her mind. She did enjoy helping people but never figured she could make a living with her own company doing just that being she was a shy personality. She didn’t sell much, 2- 3 customer orders every campaign, and attended the meetings, but never volunteering any information or questions, just excited to see all those top producers receiving their recognition. Then a friend offered to take her brochures to her workplace, and with over $500 in orders, earning almost $200 in commissions, a light bulb went off: Angelique could do this! Higher commissions and now recognition! Angelique worked harder, achieving Rose Circle that year. In 1998 Angelique took on leadership and married her biggest supporter and cheerleader, her husband Louis Agee.
By 2003 Angelique had over 100 reps on her team and had achieved EUL all the while working a full time job of 50 hours a week. She also continued to sell over $2000.00 product a campaign!
In 2005 rumors began at work about downsizing and Angelique decided she needed to step up her efforts to start replacing the full time job income. She began to work during her lunch hour and during breaks, recruiting, training, making calls or returning emails, all in the slivers of time she could find and added more evenings to her Avon business building. After 11 years of working her corporate job, Angelique was laid off. In the 8 months prior, she had worked to replace most of her income that would be lost with the lay off! Now she had more free time, her own schedule to follow and the freedom to build her business to greater heights! She invested time and money in personal development. She attended all the Avon events and started her own meetings as well. Angelique was making $40,000 a year as her own boss, in her town of Mobile Alabama the average income was $41,000, she had arrived! Angelique was planning her path to SEUL. Angelique’s partnering with her downline, helping them map out their goals, their needs and what time and effort they could apply to their business was all strategized with her team as helping them achieve, helped her achieve. In April 2010, Angelique achieved her highest goal to date, SEUL. With that she saw many of her downline leaders also move titles and increase income!
Angelique has achieved so much with Avon. Her goals to replace her job income, her goals to serve and help others, her goals of being recognized for being a top producer and her goal of being comfortable to speak in front of an audience, moving her comfort circle wide, has all been realized!
