Through self evaluation and personal growth,
this Avon Business woman has her eyes
on being in the top 10 income earnings with AVON

Laura joined Avon in August 2000 and by 2001 she had achieved UL and presidents Club. During this time she was working full time as a NYPD Sargent, selling Avon to her fellow officers and civilians at the Precinct as well as anyone else who wanted to buy Avon. Married with 2 boys ages 19 and 21, she knew she was retiring in 2002 and decide to make AVON her second career.
From the very beginning, when she achieved UL, she knew she wanted to keep going; her goal was SEUL, after hearing Lisa Wilber talk about leadership. Her dreams seemed difficult to achieve as she was not moving title. She attributes this to her guarded personality and being a police sergeant just magnified that. Her mentor, Maria Tirotta, was instrumental in keeping Laura motivated. Everything changed when her new DSM, Bozena Grabowski taught her how to relate to people differently and let go of the cop attitude.
Laura learned how to prospect anywhere, both direct and indirectly and she was able to train her team on her perfected skills. This helped her achieve AUL in 2008, and only 6 months later, EUL and only 3 months after that SEUL!!!!
Laura has maintained the high sales level of Honor Society every year she has been with Avon. Laura’s trophy case is full with over 18 trophies for Top Recruiter, Highest Sales Volume, Spirit of Avon, Highest Sales Increase, and leadership Growth. Laura earned the Alaskan cruise and meet me in Vegas incentive where she met Bon Jovi. Laura says, “I’ll have never looked back and I strive to keep on going until I reach over $10,000 in leadership income every 2 weeks. Her Team unit has over 1 Million in sales, she plans on increasing her downline from 400 to over 500 as well as taking her 13 titled leaders and developing that number to 25. This will be her dream, and it will only be achieved by her supporting her downline in achieving their goals and dreams.
Laura has the entrepreneurial spirit and the heart for serving others.
